This dress…was on sale! Yes, I couldn’t believe it either. So y’all better hurry up and get to your nearest target. I can’t even find this color online anymore or for the deal that I got it for. So don’t wait! Seriously, it’s perfect for the holidays. If you still have yet to figure out what you’ll be wearing to Christmas Eve church service, or dinner with the parents or in-laws I just solved your problem. My local target had this dress in red as well as green. I mean does that get anymore festive?!
This dress is also the first item with bell sleeves that I have owned. I know I’m a fashion blogger who is behind, okay! I’ve been somewhat hesitant with this trend, and if I am honest I am still hesitant. I’m small and bell sleeves can be very overpowering. This dress however I think is a good amount of bell to sleeve ratio and it worked for me.
Another thing about this dress is that the fabric creases easy…I ironed it about 30 minutes prior to this shoot, and was so annoyed that it was already wrinkled! It was misty outside, but still seriously annoyed. The dress also came with a tag that said the fabric was known to shrink. I think I would add that to my list of fears. Is having someone wash my clothes wrong. I had a nightmare about it once a few years ago. That someone was being nice and washed my clothes, and put many pieces in the dryer that shouldn’t have and mixed colors and shrunk things. I know that’s crazy, but it’s a fear. I always aim to get really good deals so it makes the clothes I own unique. To ruin them would just be a tragedy really. Anyone else fear this or just me?
