A few weeks ago I left my yeti rambler at my parents house and had to go a week without it. #FirstWorldProblems Missing it all week really threw off my routine and got me thinking about items I use daily. Here’s 8 things I don’t go a day without.
Yeti Rambler
I don’t think I ever really go a day without this thing. My sister got it for me as a birthday gift a few years ago, and I honestly think it’s such a good gift idea! I remember thinking $30 felt expensive but for how much I use it, totally worth it!
Swell Bottle
Next to my Yeti I carry my Swell just as much. It sits on my desk every day, I use it when I travel, and it has been all over the world with me. It keeps things super cold! Literally I put ice in it and it could last all day!
iPhone & Case
Obviously something I use everyday is my phone. Hello, we are all addicted. I wanted to highlight my phone case though. It’s from The Daily Edited and it’s personalized. They have tons of different items you can get engraved. I think it’s such a fun little touch.
Blistex
Anyone else super picky when it comes to their chap stick? I like mine medicated and with SPF. I’ve actually been thinking about finding one that’s a little more natrual though. The thought of how much I probably ingest since it’s on my lips is a little gross. Anyone have some suggestions of a cleaner version of chap stick?
doTERRA Breathe
Speaking of cleaner items, I diffuse Breathe essential oil blend every night. Totally helps my sinus’ and lets me wake up not stuffy at all!
Sunscreen
If you’re sitting there thinking oh I don’t use sunscreen everyday, SHAME ON YOU! You 100% should be wearing it every day, rain or shine, in or outdoors. I choose to wear a mineral version by REN, and so far it’s the best I found. I talked a bit about why I use this version, my skin care routine, and how important sunscreen is in this blog post.
Reusable Cotton Rounds
I talked about these on my instagram stories, but I am obsessed! From someone who would use 3 cotton rounds every night before bed, this is a total game changer. They are a little bigger than cotton pads, are just as gentle on skin, and washable. My makeup doesn’t stain them at all, and I can use just one at night. Under $13, and just saw they have a pink version!
Living Proof Dry Shampoo
My first thought when I was going to include dry shampoo in this roundup was that I don’t use it every day, but I actually do. On hair wash days I use it at night to keep my hair fresh for the next day. I find that I wake up with much less oily hair if I put it on before bed.

My yeti was seriously one of my best purchases ever.
I also can’t go a day without my water bottle or chapstick! Honestly ride or dies LOL.

I am OBSESSED with my Swell bottle! I got my first last winter and had to buy another one this spring because I used my first one so much.
